7. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel a service, you must provide 60 days notice. Any fees paid in advance may be non-refundable.

• Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel the agreed service with 60 days notice. Should you breach these Terms and Conditions or the terms of our agreement we reserve the right to cancel the agreed service immediately. In that case any fees paid in advance are non-refundable..

 

8. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HK Consulting Ltd.] or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
